Best attorney ever. I live in an apartment complex (like most in la) that have irresponsible unprofessional landlords who don't fix things right. I had mold in my bathroom and so did many others in our complex. My Landlord refused to remediate correctly and wanted to cut corners and insisted the mold was only on the surface.
